Refund policy

We want you to love your time in the kitchen with Jorj. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or store credit.

RETURN WINDOW
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email us at jorj@jorj.com to start the process. Please include your Order Number.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank.

EXCEPTIONS (FINAL SALE)
The following items cannot be returned:
- Travel Mugs
- Notebooks
- Digital Downloads (PDFs)
