Cancellation policy

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
By purchasing a Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual Membership, you agree to an initial and recurring subscription fee at the selected rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.

CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, simply log into your Customer Portal on our website and select "Manage Subscription," or email us at jorj@jorj.com at least 48 hours before your next renewal date.

REFUNDS ON SUBSCRIPTIONS
We do not offer refunds on subscription charges that have already processed. If you cancel after a billing cycle has started, you will retain access to your membership content until the end of that billing period.
